Read Bob's Story ^{(In Memoriam)}

Bob was born to the very cruel dairy industry where he was taken from his mom at birth, put into a veal crate, and was very sick. Our CoFounder rescued Bob and three others in Texas and brought him home to the safety of The Gentle Barn California. Knowing we didn't have much time to save him, Jay drove for twenty hours straight to get him to The Gentle Barn as fast as possible. Bob and his brothers received excellent veterinary care, fresh hay, clean water, soft bedding, and twenty four hour love and attention for months until they recovered. Bob lived at our Sun Chlorella Healing Center with our bovine herd in peace, health, and happiness until he passed away of old age. If only all cows could live the life that Bob lived once he was well!
